Its high-performance 1800w motor drives a 35cm guide-bar that’s compact enough to be easy to manage, whilst being large enough to enable cuts in more substantial logs and timbers.

The ACS 181 E benefits from a safety-optimising dual-action chain brake, which is activated either manually by pushing the front hand-guard; or automatically when the inertia caused by kick-back is detected.
Chain-tensioning on the ACS 181 E is done via a simple dial system – there’s no need to use tools, and your hands will never be at risk of contacting the sharp saw chain.
Also featured is automatic chain-oiling from a reservoir with a viewing window for at-a-glance checking of the fill-level.
